(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR,J.,) When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was pointed out that suspension of sentence petitions vide Crl.M.P.Nos.9239, 9251, 9343 & 9719 of 2021 in Crl.A.Nos.421, 424, 423 & 439 of 2021 came to be negatived vide a common order dated 10.12.2021 made by Hon'ble predecessor Bench.
2. This Bench wanted to know the change of circumstances which has necessitated the filing of the captioned petition.
3. Faced with the above situation, Mr.V.Murugesan, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned matter but made a plea that all the rights and contentions of the petitioner may please be preserved to come up with same / similar prayer if there is change of circumstance.
