The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The petitioner is already complying with the conditions imposed by this Court by an order dated 11.08.2023 in in Crl.O.P.No.17509 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. An application had been filed in Crl.M.P.No.18632 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17509 of 2023, to relax the said condition. In the order, it had been again stated as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 27.11.2023 is to be read as follows: "3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."
