This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai daily morning at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17815 of 2023 dated 16.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore till the date of the committal and after his committal, he shall report before the concerned Sessions Court on every Monday at 10.30a.m., till the completion of the trial and apart from the court hearing dates.
