By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was dismissed from service on 18.10.2012 on the ground he was convicted by trial court in C.C.No.335 of 2010 for dowry harassment case. Thereafter the case ended in acquittal by the order of this Court on 06.08.2019. After acquittal, the petitioner made representation dated 21.11.2019 for reinstatement into service, but till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2019 and pass orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
