JUDGMENT

This Civil Suit has been filed seeking to grant a relief for specific performance of the agreement for sale dated 07/08/2024 executed by the defendants 1 to 3 herein by directing the defendants 1 to 3 herein to execute and register the sale deed(s) in favour of the plaintiffs or their nominees and in default the sale deed be executed and registered by an officer of this Honble court in favour of the plaintiffs or their nominees for the suit schedule B property. 2.It is seen from the records that earlier, this Court, on 02.04.2026 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. 2/4

Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Madras and arrived at a compromise and entered into a joint memo of compromise dated 13.04.2026.

3. In view of the joint memo of compromise arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, High Court Madras, this civil suit is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise dated 13.04.2026. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. Refund of Court fee ordered under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees Suit & Valuation Act, 1955.
