This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14061 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, ie., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, relaxed.
