(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Despite this Court vide order dated 09.01.2023 directed the respondents 1 & 2 to inspect the property in 15 days and to take action as against the unauthorized construction, the direction of this Court is not complied with, even after finding that the whole construction put up by the respondents 3 & 4 is found unauthorized.

2. It is now represented by the petitioner's counsel that the son of the petitioner is facing Board examination in March/April, 2024.

3. Hence, list the matter during the first week of June, 2024 for reporting compliance. Meanwhile, since we have granted time till the end of May, 2024 to report compliance, the respondents shall de-seal the premises only for the purpose of the petitioner to stay in the premises. There shall not be any construction or alteration of the building by the petitioner or the private respondents.
