When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that anticipatory bail had already been granted to the petitioner by the Court of Sessions Division of Vellore District on 29.08.2023.

2.Therefore, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
