This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10467 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13524 of 2023 dated 28.07.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court during the court hearing dates.
