O R D E R

Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. With consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioners land in Survey No.4/2F, measuring to an extent of Ac.0.42 cents and 'Survey No.4/2GF measuring to an extent of Ac.33 cents situated in Pulivalam Village, Thittagudi taluk, Cuddalore District by Processing the petitioner's application dated 31.07.2025 vide Application Number 2025/0123/ 18/ 014356 by granting necessary police protection by the 2nd respondent within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st 2/4

respondent has fixed the date of surveying the property of the petitioner on 19.09.2025 and the entire process will be completed within a period of three weeks. He has also produced the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 15.09.2025 to that effect.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 15.09.2025, since no orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
