This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and to report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 28987 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.28987 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for the period of eight weeks and thereafter he shall report before the trial court for every hearing regularly without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
