A.No.6397 of 2023 and CS.No.25 of 2023 and CS.No.243 of 2022 RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN, J .

This application has been filed by the applicant/first defendant in CS.No.243 of 2022 to direct the 2nd respondent to deposit the rents and the rental advance received by him from and out of 8 flats in the Schedule-F of the plaint.

2. Originally, suit in OS.No.2043 of 2020 is filed on the file of the XXIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, wherein orders have been passed to deposit the rents. Subsequently, the said suit was transferred to this Court and renumbered as CS.No.25 of 2023 to be tried along with CS.No.243 of 2022.

3. In view of the above circumstances, the application in A.No.6397 of 2023 is ordered and the 2nd respondent/2nd defendant is permitted to deposit the amounts with him to the credit of CS.No.25 of 2023 and to deposit the monthly rent on or before 7th of every month.
