ORDER
The present Criminal Original petition has been filed by the petitioner to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest pending investigation in Cr.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that on earlier occasion, this Court has already granted bail to the petitioner vide order dated 25.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20190 of 2022 subject to certain conditions. petition in Crl.M.P.No.2294 of 2023 before this Court seeking to modify the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20190 of 2022 and this Court has dismissed the said petition vide order dated 22.02.2023, since the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 25.08.2022 passed by this Court. When that be so, without complying the order dated 25.08.2022 passed by this Court, filing another application seeking anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner is not sustainable.
