The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to award tender for the work of Maintenance of Common Toilet and up keeping at various Depots and Bus Terminals of the Metropolitan Transport Corporation (Chennai) Limited to the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the tender period itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
