O.A.No.930 of 2025 in C.S.No.224 of 2025 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J., The learned counsel appearing on both side submitted that the matter is likely to be settled.

Mr. Vikyyash Kumar, the learned counsel for the defendants 1 to 3, submitted that Mr.T.V.Lakshmanan is already on record for Defendants 1 and 3 and an application in A.No.1250 of 2026 has been filed to revoke the vakalat given in favour of Mr.T.V.Lakshmanan, and the same is to be processed by the learned Master.

3. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to list the said application before the learned Master concerned. The learned Master is directed to conduct the enquiry and dispose of the application in accordance with law.

4. The parties are directed to appear before this Court on 02.04.2026 to ascertain the likelihood of settlement.

5. List the matter on 02.04.2026 under the caption " Reporting Settlement".
