This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 536 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Dhakshnamurthym learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent and would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 563 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of S.Dhakshnamurthy, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, while listing the above CMA.
