(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is the case of the petitioner that the direction issued by the Division Bench by its order dated 24.06.2024 has not been complied with.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the order passed by the Director of Town and Country Planning dated 12.12.2024, in and by which the appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner was not afforded proper opportunity by the respondent. If the petitioner is aggrieved by this order it is open to the petitioner to challenge it in the manner known to law. There is no cause for contempt.
