This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6197 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19028 of 2023 by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2024 to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the Special Judge for the exclusive trial of POCSO cases, Cuddalore. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6197 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19028 of 2023, vide order dated 10.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge for the exclusive trial of POCSO cases, Cuddalore, on the 3rd working day of January, 2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Special Judge.
