documents produced by the petitioner with respect to lands comprised in Survey No.23/1, 25/1A 1A, 23/3, 24/2, 25/1A 1C, 19/1A to a total extent of 68 cents, 23/6, 24/1, 25/1A 1D, 23/2, 25/1A 1B to a total extent of 15 acres 85 cents in Kuttudankadu Village, within the Sub Registration District of the Sub Registrar, Pudukkottai, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District for registration and release the same after due registration.

On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
