This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.3 of an order dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11515 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13220 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.
