This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing this appeal against judgment dated 26.06.2024 in CC.No.488 of 2022 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur and convict him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 13 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
