O R D E R

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP No. 102 of 2022 on the file of Sub-ordinate Court, Neyveli, to the file of Family Court at Namakkal and try along with F.C.O.P.No. 246 of 2022. In fact, petitioner/wife filed a petition seeking for divorce and the respondent/husband filed a petition seeking for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience since the wife is residing in her parents house at Namakkal and due to her health condition, she is unable to travel more than 150 kms.

3. Considering the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No. 102 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Neyveli and transferred to the file of Family Court, Namakkal, to be disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. The Sub Court, Neyveli, is directed to send the entire records to the Family Court, Namakkal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
