This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties as per order in Crl.M.P.No.16822 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17720 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 15.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
