This Petition has been filed to amend the affidavit by deleting para No.2 which contains "2 .We submit that we are TET passed candidates in the year 2013 and our main aim is to espouse the cause of all candidates who have passed (The teacher Eligibility Test) TET and we are working tirelessly for the welfare of those who have passed in TET and still not employed" of the affidavit in the above Writ Petition No.31522 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.
