PRAYER in CRP(PD)3897/2019 : Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to commence and complete the proceedings pending in LAOP No.39/2017 within a specific time frame as fixed by this Court, preferably within a period of 4 months. PRAYER in CRP(PD)3899/2019 : Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge Poonamalle to commence and complete the proceedings pending in LAOP No.38/2017 within a specific time frame as fixed by this Court, preferably within a period of 4 months.

PRAYER in CRP(PD)3900/2019 : Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge Poonamalle to commence and complete the proceedings pending in LAOP No.37/2017 within a specific time frame as fixed by this Court, preferably within a period of 4 months. For petitioner : Mr. Ganesh & Ganesh COMMON ORDER The petitioners herein filed the Civil Revision Petitions seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to pass orders in LAOP.Nos.337, 38 and 39 of 2017 pending on its file.

2. According to the petitioners, the petitioners' lands were acquired by the National Highways authorities and interim compensation has been deposited before the Subordinate Court, 2/4

Poonamallee by the first respondent, so far no final award has been passed. In the meantime, the petitioners said to have filed applications seeking to withdraw the interim compensation amount, which had been numbered as L.A.O.P.Nos.37 to 39. But, so far no order has been passed in the said applications. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for and also considering the fact that the O.Ps are pending from the year 2017, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamalee, is directed to dispose the LAOP Nos.37, 38 and 39 of 2017 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, all the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
