This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent herein to expeditiously conduct and complete the enquiry in Complaint No.243 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 filed by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent for acts of professional misconduct and to conclude the said enquiry.

2. Mr.C.K.Chandrasekar, learned counsel takes notice for R1. Notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against him.

It is the case of the petitioner that she has given a detailed complaint against the 2nd respondent for his unwelcoming behaviour of misbehaving with her and other acts, amounting to professional misconduct. Though the said complaint was registered as 243 of 2025, there was no enquiry conducted against him, which forced her to file W.P.No.14370 of 2025 for a direction to take cognizance of the misconduct committed by the 2nd respondent. Despite the order dated 05.06.205 passed by this Court in the 2/4

said Writ Petition, the 1st respondent has not taken earnest steps to conduct and conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, as ordered by this Court. The silence on the part of the 1st respondent emboldened the 2nd respondent to initiate multiple criminal as well as disciplinary proceedings against her and family members. Having left with no other efficacious alternative remedy, the petitioner has once again filed this Writ Petition with the prayer as stated supra.

4. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent would state that three months' time may be given to the 1st respondent to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of the complaint filed by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent and in view of the submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to commence the enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of J.NISHA BANU, J.
