ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner complaint dated 02.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry in C.S.R.No. 02 of 2023 was conducted and the same was closed for the reason that, during the course of the enquiry, petitioner appeared before the respondent police and gave an written undertaking that she is living together with her husband Kalaiselvan.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to pass any orders for police protection.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 04.01.2023 sma 2/4
