Crl.O.P.No.26941 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.26941 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.282 of 2023 registered under Sections 6 (4) of TNSC (RDCS) 1982 r/w 7 (1)(a)(ii) of EC Act, 1955.

2.The petitioner is the owner of the PDS rice, which had been seized, which is about 2,350 Kgs. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that A1 & A2 had been arrested along with the vehicle and PDS rice and had been granted bail. The earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.25070 of 2023 had been dismissed on 01.11.2023. 3.In view of the huge quantity of the PDS rice seized, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
