ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2025 and to issue G.L.R. Value for petitioner properties for the current year (2025) in respect of R.S No. 15, R.S.No. 18 ,R.S.No. 19/3, R.S.No. 5/1A and 5/1B , and R.S.No. 3/6 situated at Thettampakkam Revenue Village, Puducherry to execute settlement deed in favour of petitioner legal heirs.

2.Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 will be considered within a period of one week.

6.Considering the submission made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
