These petitions are filed seeking condonation of delay of 14 days in filing these first appeals.

2. Heard learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.R.Gokula Krishnan for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for condoning the delay, since the delay is 14 days..

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned. Hence, the delay is condoned and the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

5. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsels on either that the issues have already been settled. Hence, post the appeals after numbering on 19.02.2026.
