By order dated 23.09.2024, this Court had called upon the Deputy Commissioner, Labour - I, DMS, Teynampet, Chennai to produce the relevant documents with reference to status of Office Bearers of the United Labour Federation from 2007 onwards till 2011.
2. It is now conceded by Mr.K.V.Anantha Krishnan, learned counsel who had filed the appeal that the person who had signed the papers viz., Mr.T.V.Paramasivam is no longer the President of the Union. He was not the President of the Union even at the time of raising of the dispute, however the dispute has gone on and the Management has also not objected to the dispute being raised by Mr.T.V.Paramasivam representing the United Labour Federation.
3. Now, when the Writ Appeal was pending, the learned counsel for the Management has raised the issue for the first time only on 23.09.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

dsa which resulted in this Court passing the order referred to supra. Now, that the actual representative of the Union had sought intervention, he is permitted to represent the Union. Mr.D.Ramesh, General Secretary is permitted to represent the appellant Union instead of Mr.T.V.Paramasivam.
4. The Registry will carryout the amendments and post the appeal for hearing on 17.02.2025.
