This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of Mandamus, directing to issue patta in favour of petitioner in Grama Natham Vacant land ad measuring 9.05 cents in new Survey No. 260/2, Old Survey No. 60/Part at St.Chinnappar Street, Molachur Village, Sunguvarchatram Taluk, Sriperumpudur Firka, Kancheepruam District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No. 154 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbadur has been filed by the petitioner against the fifth and sixth respondents to restrain them from dispossessing the petitioner from the vacant land in his occupation and he also filed amendment petition to amend the suit for declaration of title, which is pending and counter has to be filed by the defendants in O.S.No.154 of 2019.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to 2/4

fourth respondent submitted that based on the judgement and decree of the suit in O.S.No.154 of 2019, an appropriate action will be taken by the first to fourth respondents to issue patta to the petitioner.
