This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in preferring the Criminal Revision petition in M.C.No.50 of 2024 on the file of Family Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 20 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
