This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.94 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.94 of 2019, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same has been taken on file in S.R.No.10855 of 2023 on 20.02.2023.
