and S.Sounthar,J This petition has been filed by the husband/father of the detenues viz., S.Preethi, aged 37 years and minor D.Nitara, aged 6 years, before this Court nad set them at liberty.

The 1st detenue along with her daughter/2nd detenue is present before this Court. The 1st detenue would state that there is misunderstanding between herself and her husband/petitioner and that she is living separately in Bangalore with her child and there is no illegal detention.

3. The aforesaid statement made by the 1st detenue is recorded. Since there is no illegal custody, this Habeas corpus Petition is dismissed.
