This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 573 days in representing the papers in S.A.Sr.No.34562 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and to avoid multiplicity of proceedings, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such payment, the delay of 573 days is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
