O R D E R
When the case came up for hearing on 26.07.2021, this Court passed the following order.
"
When the case was taken up for hearing on 12.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it was directed to be listed on 16.07.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal''.
2. On that day, when the case was called under the caption 'for dismissal', the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for one week accommodation. That is how the matter has been posted today.
3. However, when the case is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Post the matter on 28.07.2021 'for dismissal'.
4. On that day, if there is no representation for the petitioner and the petitioner's counsel is not ready, it will be considered for dismissal by invoking default clause."
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, today also, when the case is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Counsel appeared for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.R.Appaswamee appeared for respondent 4.
