This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of HMOP No.909 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, within a time frame.
2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.909 of 2017 seeking divorce. Even though notice has been served on the respondent neither the respondent nor the learned counsel for the respondent appeared and the Trial Court simply adjourns the case withotu any reason. In the above said circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the H.M.O.P. within a time frame.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to dispose of HMOP No.909 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
