This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19921 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 74 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19921 of 2024 on 28.08.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
