This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed, the petitioners shall report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 am, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.22707 of 2024 in Crime No.504 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has reported before the Police Station instead of jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22707 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate I, Thirupattur on 02.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
