The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order dated 28.08.2017 made in Na.Ka.2037/2017 Thovesa on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 28.08.2017, ordering enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Pending Writ Petition, the enquiry was completed and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
