O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of I.A.No.676 of 2019 in O.S.No.154 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed the suit in O.S.No.154 of 2019 for permanent injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property. Along with the said suit they have also filed an application in I.A.No.676 of 2019 seeing interim injunction. Notice has been ordered in the said application and the respondents have also filed their counter. As the said application has not been disposed of by the Court below, petitioners have filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the same within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur, is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.676 of 2019 in O.S.No.154 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
