This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21430 of 2024 on 05.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court for the exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that Spl.S.C. Number has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date is on 23.11.2024.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21430 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
