ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition to surrender before the concerned Magistrate imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 19548 of 2025 by an order dated 08.08.2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioners and learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) for respondent appeared. The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that as they are daily wagers, they are unable to produce the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within a period of fifteen days. Hence, they have filed this petition for extension of time. 3.

Considering the request made by the petitioners herein, this Court is inclined to extend time for the further period of two weeks for surrendering them before the concerned Magistrate in Crl. O.P.No. 19548 of 2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
