Crl.M.P.No.15796 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23332 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23332 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23332 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first saturday at 6.30p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
