Heard Mr. S.Gunaseelan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Baladhanyutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. K.Murthi, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to permit the Petitioner to participate in the 13th Salary Settlement talks of the transport employees. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent states that the 13th Salary Settlement talks have been concluded in January 2018 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the subsequent events after the filing of the Writ Petition, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
