Heard Mr. M.Balachandar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr.

N.Manoharan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to take necessary disciplinary action against the Third Respondent for his misdeeds.

When it was pointed out that adequate particulars have not been produced for the relief claimed, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition with specific details and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
