This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28472 of 2022 on 21.11.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruppur Central Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m for a period of three months. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates regularly.
