This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the demand notice issued by the respondents in respect of the path way.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that issuance of demand notice is no longer required as the policy is changed and infact the pathway has been given free of costs and he would further submit that now the only issue remains is with regard to the parking space for parking vehicle of the petitioners. In this regard settlement talks are also going on with the petitioners and respondents.

3. As the impugned demand notice itself is not pressed by the respondents and that they have already given the pathway, the relief in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, in respect of other disputes particularly with regard to the parking space, the same shall be considered by the respondents in the settlement talks already initiated and such settlement talks will have to be completed within a period of two months.

Accordingly, with the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
