These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1284 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the petitioner, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner Senthilkumar and to bring the petitioners 2 to 5 herein on record as legal representatives of the deceased petitioner Senthilkumar as petitioners 2 to 5 in CRP.No.1201 of 2017.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
